Umall Returns & Refunds Policy
At Umall, we strive to provide the freshest groceries; however, if your food items arrive damaged or incorrect, you may request a return within 24 hours of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, certain items like fresh produce and frozen goods are subject to immediate inspection upon receipt.
Return Process

Log in to your Umall account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason.
- 2.Upload Proof
Attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect food items and the packaging label to help our quality control team verify the issue.
- 3.Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 2 business hours and notify you via email regarding the status of your refund or replacement.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once approved, the refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method or issued as Umall store credit for your next grocery shop.
